3. License and Usage Rights

App License:

Subject to compliance with these Terms, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license is granted to download, install, and use ProximityShortcuts on devices owned or controlled by the user for personal and business use.

Restrictions:

• No reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly
• No redistribution or resale of the App
• No removal of copyright notices or proprietary markings

4. Mac App Store Terms

ProximityShortcuts is distributed through the Mac App Store. Your download and use of ProximityShortcuts is also subject to Apple's Mac App Store Terms of Service and Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. System Requirements and Compatibility

ProximityShortcuts requires:

• Compatible with Apple Silicon and Intel Macs
• iPhone or Apple Watch signed into the same Apple ID
• Bluetooth enabled on Mac and monitored device
• macOS Shortcuts app for creating shortcuts

Compatibility with future macOS versions is not guaranteed, though compatibility maintenance through updates is attempted when possible.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your Mac and Apple ID
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures

ProximityShortcuts uses Bluetooth Low Energy signal strength for proximity detection. No responsibility is assumed for the accuracy or reliability of proximity detection, which may be affected by environmental factors, interference, or device limitations.

Shortcut Execution:

ProximityShortcuts triggers shortcuts created in the macOS Shortcuts app. No responsibility is assumed for the behavior, results, or consequences of shortcut execution.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is assumed for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. These Terms may be terminated at any time by deleting ProximityShortcuts from devices and ceasing use of the Website.

Access may be terminated or suspended immediately, without prior notice, if these Terms are breached or inappropriate conduct occurs.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ProximityShortcuts will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
